miraDry® for Hyperhidrosis

Treatment of hyperhidrosis — by means of the topical application of microwave energy — using the miraDry® device to heat and destroy axillary sweat glands. Treatments must be administered in a Physician’s office, lasts about one hour, and require local anesthesia. Prior authorization and a Physician’s diagnosis of hyperhidrosis are required.
